A volume slider you can pull past its ends. Drag past either edge and the whole thing stretches, then springs back when you let go.

How it works

Most sliders just stop dead when you hit the end. This one keeps responding. Drag past either edge and the track stretches, the icon on that side scoots over, and a sigmoid decay keeps the stretch from going forever. Let go and it springs right back.
